Truffle Fairy’s dark chocolate truffles are made with 64% min cacao dark chocolate ganache and dipped in a single origin tempered chocolate.
Milk chocolates are made using 35% min. cocoa and for white chocolate a min. of 28% cocoa is used.
Our truffles are handmade so may vary in size and are made without additives or preservatives in an environment where nuts, milk and eggs are used.
Ingredients: Chocolate (Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter and vanilla), cream, cocoa powder, almonds, crystallised ginger, citrus oil, chilli, cacao nibs, liquors, berry puree. spices.
Due to the freshness of our chocolates they are best consumed within 14 days of purchase.
Store between 10-18 degrees C.
