Truffle Fairy’s dark chocolate truffles are made with 64% min cacao dark chocolate ganache and dipped in a single origin tempered chocolate.
Our milk chocolates are made using 35% min. cocoa and for white chocolate a min. of 28% cocoa is used.
Our truffles are handmade so may vary in size and are made without additives or preservatives in an environment where nuts, milk and eggs are used.
